Jack Connolly, CFP®
Mr. Connolly's educational background has prepared him to
provide outstanding financial planning services. He has obtained an MBA
degree and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. The CFP® designation is the result of a comprehensive two-year
financial planning program offered by the College of Financial Planning
in Denver, Colorado. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards,
Inc. has authorized Mr. Connolly
to use the certification marks "CFP®" and "Certified
Financial Planner©". This designation is the standard of the
industry and requires not only extensive study, but continuing education
that assures clients of the most up-to-date and professional services
available. With continuous changes in the tax regulation and
investment environment, your advisor must be exceptionally well-informed
about current developments. Mr. Connolly also has an MA degree in Sociology with emphasis in
Statistical Analysis. He has owned his own financial planning firm for
twenty years and worked in the stock and bond market for twenty-five years. Mr. Connolly is a Registered Representative with the National
Association of Security Dealers, holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses, is
a Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Connolly is an active member of his community. He was elected twice to the District 51 (Mesa County) Board of Education and served as its president in 1982. Mr. Connolly served for six years on the Hilltop Health Services Corporation Board and was elected as president in 1998. In 1981, Mr. Connolly joined the Grand Junction Rotary Club and presided over the club as its president in 2000. He is married, has four grown children and has lived in Grand Junction, Colorado since 1973.
